Wooohooo! I do, actually. I know it sounds lame, but I saw a ghost - shortly after my great-grandfather died, my cousin & I saw him walking around in our garden, looking down, as if he were looking for something. I looked at my cousin, he looked at me, and the next thing we knew, our great-grandfather was gone. I think he wanted to say goodbye to us one more time...
I was helping my boyfriend pack his old house (which everyone was always having weird experiences in), when the light in the kitchen flashed on and off. Problem was the electricity had been shut off a few days before, so there was no way they could blinked on like that...
When I was in high school a couple girls and I went to the local "haunted" house at midnight. It was incredibly spooky. No one had lived there in ages and it was huge and dark and scary! We were down at the gazebo in the yard where the lady of the house hanged herself and we kept hearing this noise coming from the house. We turned around and there was a flickering light (like candlelight) in one of the top windows and smoke coming out of the chimney. We ran to get in the car and by the time we got inside the car there was no smoke coming out of the chimney and no flickering light anymore. Totally creepy!!
My paranormal experiences started at the age of 4. I have good experiences not bad. Usually the soul is lost between this world and the next place for them. I was scared to death by the first sighting cause I did not know what was going on. I have a daughter, brother, aunt, grandmother, and many cousins who also have paranormal experiences. We believe it has been past down through generations. Possibly a curse on our family or I say a blessing. I see my sightings as a gift. Thank you for this giveaway. :) Jeanne
Paranormal activity is something that can't be explained. Hearing, seeing, or feeling, things when no one is there. I've never had a paranormal experience. I would probably pee my pants and have a heart attack if I did! I can't even watch scary movies without freaking out and sleeping with the lights on for a week. Thanks for the awesome giveaway. Great choices!
I remember when I was very little seeing some creepy monster-like thing on my ceiling. I freaked out and ran to my parent's room and slept in there instead, but as I was falling asleep I felt something crawling on me...call me crazy, but it was so real to the five-year old me!
Practically I never experienced any Paranormal events in real life, speaking the truth. I would consider if I ever fall in love and lated discover the guy is some Vamp, of course he have to sexy like Damon Salvatore :p
I think I never experienced any Paranormal events in real life. I think thats the reason why I read those kind of books. For me paranormal is, handsome vampiers, wherwolfs or any kind of fictionely creatures
I've never experienced anything paranormal, and I do not want to ever experience this because when I think of paranormal, I think of ghosts. I dont know why, but it's just like that.
Me too, I haven´t experience any paranormal events but my grandma said that she saw dwarves during my first birthday and even the kids who attended my party also said that they saw dwarves.
I'm really not sure if I have or not. Paranormal would be anything that is outside what is considered normal, and I have definitely had the feeling that someone or something is watching or near me when I can't see anything around, or when you see something move out of the corner of your eye, a shadow maybe, but when you turn and look, there is nothing there.
I've never had a paranormal experience of my own. I consider paranormal to include vampires, werewolves, fairies, mermaids, ghosts, or anything else out of the ordinary .
I'm still not sure. Let me explain, I was eleven & we went "camping" with the school. We were in the middle of nowhere, in an old house (Colony style) & one night i woke up in the middle of the night because i heard someone crying. When I check, the other girls were sleeping & then I saw a girl in a dress, outiside the window, walking away. When I reach the window no one was there, the garden was totaly empty. Never told enyone 'cause at first though it was a trick of my mind, you know, as a kid on the dark...but few years later someone tolds me that a girl died there in that house & others saw it walking at night in the gardens ... I don't need to say that i never put another foot on that house since then
I've never had a paranormal experience, but my grandmother used to tell me stories of a ghost that lived in her house. They used to hear him walk all the time between two rooms (used to be one), and one time she swears he moved the hatchet around the place. *shivers* I was always a little creeped out when I was there alone or at night...
Maybe!? When I lived at home with my parents, my sister and I were across the living room, listening to the radio, and the station changed all by itself. It was an old school radio with the knobs to turn to change stations. It freaked us out!!
Hm, I do have a favourite ghost (actually dwarf) story, that was experienced by my aunt. Whenever she comes over to my house she would feel this unexplained headache whenever she visits. So she decided to console a Psychic. The Psychic explained to her that those headaches aren't ordinary; it was caused by the white dwarfs living within my wooden dining set. I was like O_O "Oh really she said that?" The Psychic also added that the reason the white dwarfs started living in my dining set is because it was beautifully carved. "Those dwarfs sure knows how to pick a furniture." I replied to my aunt while laughing out loud. xD
Paranormal experience? I guess not. Unless if you count your own shadow chasing you the yes;) If I am a paranormal creature I would consider being a mermaid;) without Ariel's curse, that is. Thx for the giveaway!=D
My Mother saw a ghost once & this is a woman who has her feet firmly planted on the ground. She saw a child in a long nightdress. My Mother says she was not afraid, & when she blinked the child was gone.
i have not ever had a paranormal experience, but the first thing i always think of when i hear paranormal is something having to do with ghosts : ) thanks for the giveaway!
My sister told me that the place that she works at (clothing store) is haunted. All of the other coworkers experience similar things. They feel like they are being watched, they hear knockings when no one is there, and one time....a coworker was cleaning the storage room. In the storage room, there are small tvs that link to their surveillance camera. One of the tv shows the storage room. The coworker was cleaning and counting supplies underneath the tvs. When she looked up, she saw a man standing behind her via the tv. She quickly look behind her and saw no one. When she realized what she saw, she quickly pretended nothing was wrong and left because they say that you are not suppose to show signs that you see them or they will follow you. I'm scared to go to their store now!
Paranormal encompasses anything out of the "normal" - But I've had paranormal experiences of the ghostly kind. I've been yelled at, I've had a ghost completely wipe all the books off my bookshelf - I've heard footsteps, I've seen things in windows - and I'm reliving all these things while at home in the dark. So I'm going to stop now...
When I moved into my new house a couple of years ago, I always felt a chill in my bedroom. I always think it's something trying to grab me and I was so freaked out.
Um...I'm not sure...would talking to a person on twitter and legit just happened to win her giveaway after 10mins of talking. She was like hey btw, you won. :P
I once visited a friend and her mother gave me a reading that told me the name of my great grandfather and gave me a message :) The kicker, I was young and only knew the friend for a few months and never new the name of or about my great grandfather and only learned this information many years later. I guess that was a paranormal experience.
I haven't really ever had a paranormal experience. Sometimes when I wake up out of dreams I see people that look like ghosts in my room for a second. Paranormal to me is just anything that is out of the realm of scientific explanation.
I've never had a paranormal experience. I don't recall meeting any vampires or ghosts. :D Though when I am home alone at night even my own shadow scares me.
I once had spectral black dogs haunt me. For weeks they would pester me when I tried to sleep. At first it was small stuff...they would bark and wake me up or lick my hand. Then it got more extreme, and they would bite me, growl at me and terrify me out of my mind. I ended up switching bedrooms to try and get away from them. That night, there was a fire next door and it caught our house on fire...the only room damaged? My old room. The window had exploded inward shredding my comforter and mattress to pieces...I never saw the dogs again.
i've never had a paranormal experience. i'd consider seeing a ghost a paranormal experience, but it'd be cool if something happened from a paranormal novel.
It's not so much a paranormal experience but when I was younger I'd get feelings of déjà vu on an almost daily basis. It's much less frequent now but I still get them sometimes.
At my house there is this white figure that always darts just out of sight at the bottom of our hill. You round the corner, and you can just glimpse it before it's gone. It moves fast as *beep*! It's not always there, but when it is its really unnerving.
I used to live in a somewhat old house when I was younger, and I never liked the place because I always got the chills and I got this feeling that someone was watching. When we were moving, my parents found little beanbag dolls covered in mold in the rooms. It was really really creepy because they hadn't been there before. I practically ran out of the place.
Paranomal experience... maybe one time I was in my gramma's living room and I heard like in the kitchen all the plates and cups fell and shattered, the noise was scary and when I went to look everything was in his place, no plate and no cup where on the floor! And I was like D:
If I have had a paranormal experience I'm pretty sure I've normalized it away in my head! haha I have an active imagination, so I'm sure if something paranormal had happened, I would've never gone to sleep again...or I ignored it. :P
Hmm, what do I consider paranormal?? Things that are beyond the norm. So, ghosts, aliens, vampires, werewolves, faeries, talking dogs...you know, that crazy stuff. :P Even psychic abilities I'd consider paranormal. As I said, if I encounter any of that stuff I'll probably convince myself I imagined it...just to save my sanity. :P
The first house me and my husband lived in was haunted... It would turn on all the lights in the middle of the night and things would go missing and never be found... Once I laid some pictures on the table and went to the door to ask my husband a question and turned around and the pictures were gone... There was just me and my husband there and all the windows were nailed shut and only one door that would open...
I have a memory from when I was ~6 of waking up scared, attempting to creep downstairs to watch my mom work with the bright lights, and then not being able to because there was some black tall shape coming towards me that froze me or something....
I have waking dreams/nightmares where I feel as if I'm already awake! Those can be explained by anxiety and stress, but especially in the moment they feel like a paranormal experience! D:
I heard a noise at night, was the sound of a toy microphone that muy sister and i had. I yelled to my sister to turn off the sound and it stopped. Then teh sound come back, I yelled again. The third time I went to her room, but she was asleep. The sound went on and it came from my room. I Search and found the microphone, when I took it stopped ringing. The strange thing was that the microphone had no batteries.
I think the closest thing I've come to a paranormal experience was when I was in the library basement at my university. There was this eerie feel about the place, and I regretted going down there at night. I thought I heard a sound and then immediately took the elevator back up to the first floor.
One time, in a really fancy hotel, I went to the washroom with my sister and I couldn't help but feel goosebumps on my skin. It wasn't just that it was cold, but it felt really off. Almost eerie. So I left as soon as I could.
I've never had a paranormal experience. I just don't believe in that stuff, no matter how much 'evidence' I see. I believe that just because you can't explain something, doesn't mean it's supernatural.
Thanks for participating in the hop and for the giveaway opportunity.
I've never had a paranormal experience, but I've had people tell me things like ghost activity in their homes that is just not explainable any other way.
I don't think I've ever had a paranormal experience. I guess ghosts are the ones you hear about most often, but I don't really know anyone who has had a ghost encounter. It's all very fun to read about though!
I think so but no proof. But Im positive my cat saw something over my shoulder one day. And one day my tv turned off on its own when we had to leave for a funeral.
One night I was sitting up in bed listening to music and the next thing my bedroom door opens and I see the shape of a person looking at me. the only person it could have been was my mum so I asked her about it the next morning but she said it wasn't her.
I had some paranormal experiences, like ghost in the dreams or something like that. I also read and practise watching and comunicating with angels, so I think it is my experience. I did some hypnosis
I have never had a paranormal activity, but my brother thinks that he saw something in a picture he once took. He said that it looked like a face next to his kid's face in the picture...creepy!
Anyway, I think that paranormal is anything not normal like ghosts, vampires, werewolves...things like that.
yes, the night before my grandmother died, I had an unbelievable urging to see her, it was a work night, but my hubby drove me the 45 mins to see her, we stayed late and the next morning she passed. I was the last family member to see her alive.
I haven't had a paranormal experience. I love to read about them, but if anything happened to me like it does in my fave books, I would probably pee my pants, LOL
my experience i have them all the time with ghost or premonitions the grave yard in Tenn and then seen Elvis and his dad at the mansion and on the plane and on Loretta Lynn place and then in Tenn there was grandpa Jones in the show i have had 4 differnt ghost to live with me one time or another
I have never had a paranormal experience, but I firmly believe in it. Not sure what exactly is out there, but I think SOMETHING must be. Thanks for this awesome giveaway! Would LOVE to read Illuminate :-) _yay_
I know for sure that an angel has saved the lives of me and my two sons. As we were travelling to my mother's when they were ages 3 yrs and 1 yrs, I'd had an allergy attack and had taken some over the counter allergy medicine (this was 20 years ago - I had no idea there was anything non-drowsy available by prescription back then) and before I knew it, I was falling asleep at the wheel. I woke to find myself steering the car in the oncoming lane with a semi truck coming at us, holding on to his horn for dear life - he had nowhere to go. A rock cliff wall was on his side of the road, the river was over on my side where I should have been. My car was literally picked up in the air and lifted to the proper side of the highway, out of danger. I'd had no time to move the steering wheel or even say a prayer. It was amazing! I've never drove again when taking over the counter medicines, and I've never forgotten to thank the Lord for the guardian angel that saved me and my boys that day! I absolutely believe in the paranormal - especially in angels! Thank you so much for the giveaway! Gena Robertson robertsongena@hotmail.com
I have had many ghost experiences. The house I used to live in when I was a kid had a ghost. I have been on many ghost tours in cities that are haunted.
When I was younger I believe that I saw my grandfathers ghost come throw the wall of our hallway. Plus, when I was have major health tests done I remember feeling my cousin who passed with the same issues I was having was there.
I haven't really had an experience because I believe it all is stuff that can't really happen. But that doesn't mean I don't sometimes get freaked out in the dark outside. Vampires!
When i was about 4 my mother brought home some paintings. After she brought home the paintings there were some strange things going on in our home. At night all the cabinet doors and drawers in the kitchen would open and slam shut repeatedly when there was no one in the kitchen. This continued night after night until my father had my mother get rid of the pictures.
Mmm...there's a custom in my culture that's practiced when someone is extremely sick. For example, my cousin was extremely ill---she was sick very often to the point that my aunt was so frustrated and weary. When something like this happens, my family will usually re-name the child who is ill---but the name is not chosen by our mere will. An egg is balanced on the table as names are called out by the family. When the "correct" name is spoken, the family is made aware of it because the egg does not topple, but remains standing. My cousin WAS renamed this way. And yes, the egg DID NOT TOPPLE, but STOOD for quite a few minutes...

I don't think i've been in any paranormal happenings... but I would consider anything that NO ONE, not science, or geniuses, or anyone really can explain, paranormal. Thanks! Alyssa S. lilleetleet@verizon.net
My mom, Niece and I saw a dark figure go into our kitchen then heard the dishes rattle at the same time and when we went to go check there was no one there. No other door that they could go out through and the kitchen was on 2nd floor so no way out. I would here noises all the time. Everyone that came to visit didn't like our house. Also the university I used to work at. A coworker and I saw a figure go into one of the rooms we were next to and when we went to see who it was because we were suppose to be the only ones there. We saw no one. I get scared but love it at the same time. -Maritza R
my friends house always had weird things going on. Doors would lock behind you. Things would fall off the wall. Young children would "see" a white lady with no feet. Creepy!
I have had a couple of experiences since my dad pasted. The did not scare me but instead comforted me. If selected, I would love Bewitched. Thank you for a great giveaway!
I consider the basement of Gorgas Library is haunted. There are so many noises and it is very cold down there. I have never had a paranormal experience, but I do believe in the paranormal.
I've never had a paranormal experience. As for what I believe is paranormal... Something you can't explain.. You know.. ghost, vampires, witches. I wish they were real though.. It would have been easier to know that there are real monsters out there, and it's not just people doing bad thing.. Thanks for the great giveaway and for making it international!
I've never had a paranormal experience and, honestly, I'm not sure I'd want to. I consider paranormal to be stuff like ghosts, vampires, werewolves, shapeshifters...
They're fun to read about and watch but, irl -- not so much.
Not sure if this would be paranormal but a few weeks after my dog Page died I was left heartbroken. I could not sleep and one night I was up crying and I swear I could see his buff colored paws showing from under my bedroom door. When I opened the door I saw him but mostly a shadow of Page. After that I felt he wanted me to be happy and move on with my life. Page was my boy and meant so much to me. I think he needed to say one last goodbye.
Nope never experienced the paranormal. I consider anything involving super power abilities, ghosts and anything that involves vampires, werewolves, and fairies to be paranormal.
I've never had a paranormal experience. Paranormal for me is ghosts and anything you can't explain with logic. Vampires, werewolves and e.t.c are just fantasy. Thank you for the giveaway!
When I was around 10 or 11 (a very long time ago) the night that my cousin was murdered. I heard a whistle through the window that sounded just like the whistle that he used to make I believe it was the Bonanza theme.
I woke up from a sound sleep once and saw a shadowy figure standing in the doorway to the bedroom. When I turned on the light, nobody was there. Scared the stuffing out of me.
Once when i was little i was in a church I heard whisphery voices saying my name over and over again. I asked the old lady next to me what it was and she said they were angels. My family doesnt agree w/ organized relgion so Ive only been to a church a handful of times; that time was really confusing for me.
I've never experienced the paranormal. When I think of paranormal, I think of something supernatural or spiritual. Something that is otherworldly and nonhuman. It's something that can't quite be explained. Thank you for the giveaway.
I used to have an unexplainable glowing stripe that started showing up occasionally on my ceiling. It didn't look like a light shinning in through the window and it wasn't any glow-in-the-dark paint. It was all very weird.
I started thinking it was some kind of alien life form. I named it Stripy. It made me nervous because I couldn't figure out where it came from but talking to it made me more at ease. I know I sound crazy.
No paranormal experiences for me. I do read a lot of books, play games, and watch a lot of movies/shows with paranormal themes though. One of my fav shows for that is Ghost Hunters. I consider strange occurences, things that can't be explained by anything logical to be paranormal. The word paranormal makes me think of spirits, hauntings, demonic activity, etc. (Nikki Marie on rafflecopter)
THANKS FOR THE GIVEAWAY! I haven't had any, but my husband has seen lights zoom from under the water off a beach in Western Australia, straight out into the stars, extremely fast.
Thanks for the great giveaway, I have not experieced anything paranormal. I think anything that is not considered possible qualify for the title paranormal. As for books, I will read witches, ghosts, weres, vampires, mermaids, mythical gods, angels, demons, other worlders (not restricted to aliens) ect.
Once, a couple of friends and I went to an old cemetery that is hidden behind a gas station. Not a lot of people know about it, so I am not even sure how we found it. Anywho, it is an old cemetery with markers from the 1700 and 1800's. We went around midnight on Halloween with cameras and recorders. I don't know if anything actually "paranormal" was the cause but we kept hearing laughter and strange music. It was spooky. Not to mention, I almost fell in an open grave because I was walking around without a flashlight. It was FREAKY!! That's about it. There were some strange things in the pics we took and some weird noises on the recorder. Weird!
I grew up on a haunted house and it was not a friendly kinda spirit! I don't really like to talk about it but it terrorized me for years. My friends would never stay over because of it...I was glad to get out of the house after I graduated HS.
No paranormal experiences... I'm very skeptic of all those things, but I guess that something paranormal would be, for me, an unexplained phenomenon that was independently recorded or documented (as people's memories are so unreliable).
Not sure if this counts or not...when I was younger, I was in a wave pool and I couldn't swim whatsoever so I was wearing a life jacket. I had gotten a little too far in and too far away from my aunt when the waves started. One of them had started to pull me under (despite the life jacket) and when I looked up, I saw an angel. She was really pretty and bright even though I couldn't see her face. Next thing I knew my aunt was grabbing the back of my life jacket and pulling me into the shallows. I've never forgotten that.
I've had quite a few times when I knew something was about to happen. Nothing major- things like when the phone is about to ring or what someone is about to say.
Thankfully, I haven't had any paranormal experiences (I'm too much of a scaredy pants and prefer reading about them in books) but I do knwo people who have had such experiences. I would count ghosts and djinns as paranormal creatures.
I'm not sure if it counts but while I was driving with my family we saw this super bright bluish purple light that lit up the sky. It lasted only for a second but it was different and weird and I have no idea what it was. Thanks for the chance to win!
My name is Latoya, I am a Librarian and photographer(though I haven't done much of this lately, I'm a litte rusty). So, feel free to chat with me, I don't bite..I promise!
paranormal experience... not really i guess for me it's something magical, that you can't explain

I've never had my own Paranormal expirences but my family has. My mom says that she used to see her grandpa all the time right after he died.
ReplyDeleteI've never had a paranormal experience. That makes me kinda sad :( To me a paranormal experience would be one that is unexplainable.
ReplyDeleteI was helping my boyfriend pack his old house (which everyone was always having weird experiences in), when the light in the kitchen flashed on and off. Problem was the electricity had been shut off a few days before, so there was no way they could blinked on like that...

DeleteI haven't had a paranormal experience. But I consider vampires and werewolves to be paranormal (yes, I'm trendy and obvious). Thanks for the giveaway!

DeleteI lived in a haunted house where everyone felt someone tap their shoulders, but when they turned around no one was there.
ReplyDeleteAlso lights went on on their own.
@Christina, after the first tap..I believe I would have been ghost!

ReplyDeletethanks for the giveaway!
I've never experienced anything Paranormal.

ReplyDelete@blanshire lol they sure do
DeleteSometimes I have such strong Deja Vu I think it's pararnormal
ReplyDeleteI don't think I have. I consider paranormal to be an event or thing is outside the realms of what science can process/explain.

Paranormal experience? I guess not. Unless if you count your own shadow chasing you the yes;) If I am a paranormal creature I would consider being a mermaid;) without Ariel's curse, that is. Thx for the giveaway!=D

I never had one. I think it is thing that can not be really explained.
ReplyDeleteMy Mother saw a ghost once & this is a woman who has her feet firmly planted on the ground. She saw a child in a long nightdress. My Mother says she was not afraid, & when she blinked the child was gone.
ReplyDeletei have not ever had a paranormal experience, but the first thing i always think of when i hear paranormal is something having to do with ghosts : )
ReplyDeletethanks for the giveaway!
I consider werewolves paranormal because that's what everyone categorize them as lmao!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great giveaway!
I consider Ghost paranormal!
ReplyDeleteMy sister told me that the place that she works at (clothing store) is haunted.
ReplyDeleteParanormal encompasses anything out of the "normal" - But I've had paranormal experiences of the ghostly kind. I've been yelled at, I've had a ghost completely wipe all the books off my bookshelf - I've heard footsteps, I've seen things in windows - and I'm reliving all these things while at home in the dark. So I'm going to stop now...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!
When I moved into my new house a couple of years ago, I always felt a chill in my bedroom. I always think it's something trying to grab me and I was so freaked out.
ReplyDeleteUm...I'm not sure...would talking to a person on twitter and legit just happened to win her giveaway after 10mins of talking. She was like hey btw, you won. :P
ReplyDeleteI once visited a friend and her mother gave me a reading that told me the name of my great grandfather and gave me a message :) The kicker, I was young and only knew the friend for a few months and never new the name of or about my great grandfather and only learned this information many years later. I guess that was a paranormal experience.
ReplyDeleteI've never been in a paranormal experience but I wish I could lol it would be amazing :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't really ever had a paranormal experience. Sometimes when I wake up out of dreams I see people that look like ghosts in my room for a second. Paranormal to me is just anything that is out of the realm of scientific explanation.
ReplyDeleteI've never had my own Paranormal experience.. but i heard things that is hard to explain.. :|
ReplyDeleteNo, ghosts would be paranormal.
ReplyDeleteDon't really know if it's a paranormal thing but everytime I get the feeling that someone might text me, I get a text!! =D
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!
Does it counts as paranormal that my keys keep going missing and then appears in strange places? Or is it just me?)))
ReplyDeleteLuckily (or unluckily?) I have never experienced something paranormal, which to me, usually means ghosts and scary stuff!
ReplyDeleteI've never had a paranormal experience. I don't recall meeting any vampires or ghosts. :D Though when I am home alone at night even my own shadow scares me.
ReplyDeleteI've had a lot actually... but I prefer not to talk about them... really creepy stuff =////
ReplyDeleteAs I read some of your comments, you all have officially freaked me out with some of your stories. :)
ReplyDeleteI once had spectral black dogs haunt me.
ReplyDeletei've never had a paranormal experience. i'd consider seeing a ghost a paranormal experience, but it'd be cool if something happened from a paranormal novel.
ReplyDeleteIt's not so much a paranormal experience but when I was younger I'd get feelings of déjà vu on an almost daily basis. It's much less frequent now but I still get them sometimes.
ReplyDeleteAt my house there is this white figure that always darts just out of sight at the bottom of our hill. You round the corner, and you can just glimpse it before it's gone. It moves fast as *beep*! It's not always there, but when it is its really unnerving.
ReplyDeleteI used to live in a somewhat old house when I was younger, and I never liked the place because I always got the chills and I got this feeling that someone was watching. When we were moving, my parents found little beanbag dolls covered in mold in the rooms. It was really really creepy because they hadn't been there before. I practically ran out of the place.
ReplyDeleteParanomal experience... maybe one time I was in my gramma's living room and I heard like in the kitchen all the plates and cups fell and shattered, the noise was scary and when I went to look everything was in his place, no plate and no cup where on the floor! And I was like D:
ReplyDeleteHello
ReplyDeleteThanks for your giveaway...
I have read paranormal books, my favorite paranormal series being the mortal instruments series by cassandra clare :P
If I have had a paranormal experience I'm pretty sure I've normalized it away in my head! haha I have an active imagination, so I'm sure if something paranormal had happened, I would've never gone to sleep again...or I ignored it. :P
ReplyDeleteHmm, what do I consider paranormal?? Things that are beyond the norm. So, ghosts, aliens, vampires, werewolves, faeries, talking dogs...you know, that crazy stuff. :P Even psychic abilities I'd consider paranormal. As I said, if I encounter any of that stuff I'll probably convince myself I imagined it...just to save my sanity. :P
Thanks for the giveaway! :D
Never really thought about it...
ReplyDeleteThe first house me and my husband lived in was haunted... It would turn on all the lights in the middle of the night and things would go missing and never be found... Once I laid some pictures on the table and went to the door to ask my husband a question and turned around and the pictures were gone... There was just me and my husband there and all the windows were nailed shut and only one door that would open...
ReplyDeleteYeah, I saw my great grandpa after he died. It was really freaky. I was like 8 at the time...
ReplyDeleteI have a memory from when I was ~6 of waking up scared, attempting to creep downstairs to watch my mom work with the bright lights, and then not being able to because there was some black tall shape coming towards me that froze me or something....
ReplyDeleteI have waking dreams/nightmares where I feel as if I'm already awake! Those can be explained by anxiety and stress, but especially in the moment they feel like a paranormal experience! D:
ReplyDeleteA few times with spirits...i try not to talk about them!
ReplyDeleteI heard a noise at night, was the sound of a toy microphone that muy sister and i had.
ReplyDeleteI think the closest thing I've come to a paranormal experience was when I was in the library basement at my university. There was this eerie feel about the place, and I regretted going down there at night. I thought I heard a sound and then immediately took the elevator back up to the first floor.
ReplyDeleteOne time, in a really fancy hotel, I went to the washroom with my sister and I couldn't help but feel goosebumps on my skin. It wasn't just that it was cold, but it felt really off. Almost eerie. So I left as soon as I could.
ReplyDeleteI never experienced something paranormal but I do believe in ghosts.
ReplyDeleteNoooo I have never had a paranormal experience, thank GOD!!
ReplyDeleteI have never experienced anything paranormal! Anything with exorcisms and spirits scares me. I can barely sit through the Paranormal Activity movies!
ReplyDeleteYes, ghosts me and a friend used to see this ghost guy in her house ALL the time day and night.
ReplyDeleteMary
I've never had a paranormal experience. I just don't believe in that stuff, no matter how much 'evidence' I see. I believe that just because you can't explain something, doesn't mean it's supernatural.
ReplyDeleteI consider meeting faeries in your backyard paranormal :]
ReplyDeleteThanks for participating in the hop and for the giveaway opportunity.
ReplyDeleteI've never had a paranormal experience, but I've had people tell me things like ghost activity in their homes that is just not explainable any other way.
I don't think I've ever had a paranormal experience. I guess ghosts are the ones you hear about most often, but I don't really know anyone who has had a ghost encounter. It's all very fun to read about though!
ReplyDeleteI think so but no proof. But Im positive my cat saw something over my shoulder one day. And one day my tv turned off on its own when we had to leave for a funeral.
ReplyDeleteOne night I was sitting up in bed listening to music and the next thing my bedroom door opens and I see the shape of a person looking at me. the only person it could have been was my mum so I asked her about it the next morning but she said it wasn't her.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the Giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI´ve never had paranormal expirience. Ghosts, Fairies, Vampires.. they should stay in books.
I've never had a paranormal experience. Not that I'd want to have one because that would really creep me out. For me, paranormal = ghosts.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway! :)
I Think Paranormal it's like ghost, things that are not visible, and the mysterious
ReplyDeleteand I hope never to experience it
thank's for giveaway^^
I had some paranormal experiences, like ghost in the dreams or something like that. I also read and practise watching and comunicating with angels, so I think it is my experience. I did some hypnosis
ReplyDeleteAll of these books look so good!
ReplyDeleteI have never had a paranormal activity, but my brother thinks that he saw something in a picture he once took. He said that it looked like a face next to his kid's face in the picture...creepy!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I think that paranormal is anything not normal like ghosts, vampires, werewolves...things like that.
yes, the night before my grandmother died, I had an unbelievable urging to see her, it was a work night, but my hubby drove me the 45 mins to see her, we stayed late and the next morning she passed. I was the last family member to see her alive.
ReplyDeleteI've never had a paranormal experience. it would freak me out
ReplyDeleteI've never had a paranormal experience and I'm perfectly fine with it!
ReplyDeleteI have not and honestly dont believe it exists but reading the fiction is fun
ReplyDeleteNo, I never experienced anything paranormal but I guess it's something that hapens to you that you can't see and explain.
ReplyDelete@Tibiux
I haven't had a paranormal experience. I love to read about them, but if anything happened to me like it does in my fave books, I would probably pee my pants, LOL

ReplyDeleteI've never drove again when taking over the counter medicines, and I've never forgotten to thank the Lord for the guardian angel that saved me and my boys that day!
I absolutely believe in the paranormal - especially in angels!
Thank you so much for the giveaway!

@Gena...I am so glad that Angels were watching over you as well.
ReplyDeleteI have had many ghost experiences.

ReplyDeleteI haven't really had an experience because I believe it all is stuff that can't really happen. But that doesn't mean I don't sometimes get freaked out in the dark outside. Vampires!
ReplyDeleteWhen i was about 4 my mother brought home some paintings. After she brought home the paintings there were some strange things going on in our home. At night all the cabinet doors and drawers in the kitchen would open and slam shut repeatedly when there was no one in the kitchen. This continued night after night until my father had my mother get rid of the pictures.
ReplyDeleteAnything out of normalcy.
ReplyDeleteHave you ever had a paranormal experience, tell me about.....if not then what do you consider to be paranormal?
ReplyDeleteEvery night . . I always hear this starching noise that wakes me up
Mmm...there's a custom in my culture that's practiced when someone is extremely sick.

ReplyDelete-Maritza R
No, I have not. I have known someone who has, and all I can think it is very unexplainable.
ReplyDeletemy friends house always had weird things going on. Doors would lock behind you. Things would fall off the wall. Young children would "see" a white lady with no feet. Creepy!
ReplyDeleteI have had a couple of experiences since my dad pasted. The did not scare me but instead comforted me.
ReplyDeleteIf selected, I would love Bewitched. Thank you for a great giveaway!

I have never had a paranormal experience but I consider possessions and ghosts and demons to be paranormal.
ReplyDeleteI consider the basement of Gorgas Library is haunted. There are so many noises and it is very cold down there. I have never had a paranormal experience, but I do believe in the paranormal.
ReplyDeleteI've never had a paranormal experience. As for what I believe is paranormal... Something you can't explain.. You know.. ghost, vampires, witches. I wish they were real though.. It would have been easier to know that there are real monsters out there, and it's not just people doing bad thing.. Thanks for the great giveaway and for making it international!
ReplyDeleteI've never had a paranormal experience before but it would definitely be something that cannot be explained.
ReplyDeleteWhat I consider as paranormal are the things that out of this world.
ReplyDeleteI had a weird experience in a "haunted" house when I was younger but now I'm not even sure I can remember it right. :)
ReplyDeleteParanormal, I think, would be something that is not "normal". Thanks!!
ReplyDeleteSure have. Both my mom's and dad's house had friendly ghosts hanging around... and sadie hung around dad's house after she passed away.
ReplyDeleteI've never had a paranormal experience and, honestly, I'm not sure I'd want to. I consider paranormal to be stuff like ghosts, vampires, werewolves, shapeshifters...
ReplyDeleteThey're fun to read about and watch but, irl -- not so much.

ReplyDeleteI've never had a paranormal experience. Paranormal for me is ghosts and anything you can't explain with logic. Vampires, werewolves and e.t.c are just fantasy.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the giveaway!
When I was around 10 or 11 (a very long time ago) the night that my cousin was murdered. I heard a whistle through the window that sounded just like the whistle that he used to make I believe it was the Bonanza theme.

I have never had one. Not unless you count having that weird feeling something or someone is watching you when you are home alone.
ReplyDeleteBut for me paranormal is anything ghost and stuff moving around with out help.

ReplyDeleteWhen I hear paranormal I immediately think of ghosts. :)

I woke up from a sound sleep once and saw a shadowy figure standing in the doorway to the bedroom. When I turned on the light, nobody was there. Scared the stuffing out of me.
ReplyDeleteNo, I don't believe so, when I think of paranormal, I think of vampires and werewolves.

Once when i was little i was in a church I heard whisphery voices saying my name over and over again. I asked the old lady next to me what it was and she said they were angels.
ReplyDeleteMy family doesnt agree w/ organized relgion so Ive only been to a church a handful of times; that time was really confusing for me.
I've never experienced the paranormal.
ReplyDeleteWhen I think of paranormal, I think of something supernatural or spiritual. Something that is otherworldly and nonhuman. It's something that can't quite be explained.
Thank you for the giveaway.
I've never had a paranormal experience. Come to think of it, I'm not sure what paranormal actually refers to! Werewolves, witches, vampires, fairies?
ReplyDeleteI used to have an unexplainable glowing stripe that started showing up occasionally on my ceiling. It didn't look like a light shinning in through the window and it wasn't any glow-in-the-dark paint. It was all very weird.
ReplyDeleteI started thinking it was some kind of alien life form.
ReplyDeleteTHANKS FOR THE GIVEAWAY! I haven't had any, but my husband has seen lights zoom from under the water off a beach in Western Australia, straight out into the stars, extremely fast.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great giveaway, I have not experieced anything paranormal. I think anything that is not considered possible qualify for the title paranormal.
ReplyDeleteAs for books, I will read witches, ghosts, weres, vampires, mermaids, mythical gods, angels, demons, other worlders (not restricted to aliens) ect.
I haven't xperienced anything paranormal...For me...what i consider paranormal would be ghost encounters...

ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!
No, I haven't had a paranormal experience. Not real sure if I actually believe in the possibility but I sure like to read about them
ReplyDeleteOnce, a couple of friends and I went to an old cemetery that is hidden behind a gas station. Weird!

Nope. I would say it's something out of th ordinary or not real, such as seeing ghosts or having a special ability.
ReplyDeleteI grew up on a haunted house and it was not a friendly kinda spirit! I don't really like to talk about it but it terrorized me for years. My friends would never stay over because of it...I was glad to get out of the house after I graduated HS.
ReplyDeleteNo paranormal experiences...

ReplyDeleteI've had quite a few times when I knew something was about to happen. Nothing major- things like when the phone is about to ring or what someone is about to say.
ReplyDeleteannettekz2@yahoo.com
Nope, never :/ I suppose I would say paranormal would be things I cannot comprehend like ghosts! Thanks for the giveaway :)
ReplyDeleteThankfully, I haven't had any paranormal experiences (I'm too much of a scaredy pants and prefer reading about them in books) but I do knwo people who have had such experiences. I would count ghosts and djinns as paranormal creatures.
