Giveaway: Best of 2017 Blog Hop!


Last year I read 101 books and though I could've read more this was much better than previous years when I was in a serious reading funk.  This giveaway is for a $10 Amazon GC or a book of choice up to $12.  

Here are a few of my favorite books from 2017.

  12. My favorite book of 2017 is 28 Boys by Ashleigh Giannoccaro. It is dark, the emotions run deep. It will hit you between your heart & soul and plant itself there for a lifetime.

  25. I have no idea a which would be my favorite! I spent a lot of my reading time this year reading older books I had missed out on reading when I was young. I finally read Lord of the Flies and Fahrenheit 451 this year, as well as the Lord of the Rings series.

  38. I really liked Young Jane Young by Gabrielle Zevin, it's in part about an intern who has an affair with a politician so you think it will be this cliché story, but actually it had a lot of depth and heart, and great female characters.

  40. My favorite book of 2017 was "Author, May I?" by Aden Lowe which was a reveal of all the backstabbing and garbage that goes on behind the scenes in the Indie Author Book World.

  57. For books published in 2017- I didn't read many 2017 titles as I have been focused on older titles but I liked The Silver Mask by Holly Black and Cassandra Clare. But simply read in 2017- I loved Hyperbole and a Half & Thunderlight
