Secondborn by Amy Bartol, I love all her series.

I liked it because it was so interesting that I basically read it in a day
My favorite book of 2017 is 28 Boys by Ashleigh Giannoccaro. It is dark, the emotions run deep. It will hit you between your heart & soul and plant itself there for a lifetime.

ReplyDeleteI have no idea a which would be my favorite! I spent a lot of my reading time this year reading older books I had missed out on reading when I was young. I finally read Lord of the Flies and Fahrenheit 451 this year, as well as the Lord of the Rings series.

ReplyDeleteI really liked Young Jane Young by Gabrielle Zevin, it's in part about an intern who has an affair with a politician so you think it will be this cliché story, but actually it had a lot of depth and heart, and great female characters.
