    I'm reading this right now! I really like it so far. It's one of those rare times where the first book leaves off on an epic cliffhanger, but the second book has a strong enough beginning that the reader isn't totally confused.

    The cover is pretty. I remember your review of the first book. I haven't tried the mermaid genre yet, but it would be something new and different to try.
