My Sunday Post #54

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer
I'm also linking up to Stacking the Shelves by Tynga's Review this week.

This week I've been busy reading and working. It's been quiet at home other than my dogs and their normal shenanigans. The hubby and I have been planning to start working out but something always gets in the way but we're going to have to make time. On Thursday one of my aunts passed away not too long after her sisters called her that morning to sing her happy birthday. I've been thinking about switching to Wordpress but I'm not sure about it just yet, so I'm going to do some more research.

    1. I'm okay with Blogger but I see so many people moving to Wordpress, so it makes me wonder. Thanks.

  6. I really want to read The Hazel Wood! I hope you enjoy all your new books! I am riding out the storm that took out our power at a friends. So surreal looking at all the downed trees and power lines cut in half. They say we won't have power to our area till Wednesday!! Have a good Sunday!

    1. Thank you. Me too, I need to exercise, especially with my sedentary jobs.

  10. Starting to exercise is difficult. I do much better in summer because I really like hiking and walking. But the exercise bike is hard to do during the winter (for me). Good luck!

I just made the switch from Blogger to Wordpress (paid subscription) and the transfer went really well. I am still in the process of fixing a bunch of hyperlinks...but it transferred remarkably well.

    1. I want to get a bike to ride around the neighborhood because I think that would be a good start for me. I'm not a fan of the gym but will go if I have to. Thanks, I'm glad it worked out for you so far.

  12. I am so sorry to hear about your aunt. I understand about the difficulty in fitting exercise into your schedule. I'm struggling with that right now. I had been managing it a couple years ago, but I got out of the habit and then never got back into it. Brightly Burning sounds like it will be good! I hope you enjoy it. Have a great week, Cricket!

  14. I'm so sorry about your aunt. I do identify with not being able to fit in exercise. I so know the feeling. Have a great week!

  15. I'm so sorry to hear about your aunt. Working out is hard for me to fit into my schedule too. I used to live by an awesome gym that I'd go to maybe 5 times a week, but ever since I've moved I have yet to find a good gym. I've been tempted to do at home workout videos, but I just can't find the motivation. Beneath the Haunting Sea was good! I hope you enjoy it. It has a slow build but it's worth it by the end, in my opinion. Have a great week!

    1. Thanks. It would be nice if I wasn't so tired to get up and just walk around my neighborhood. We live too far away to drive to the park unless I'm out or heading that way. I've done some home videos and it helps to have ones that are fun. Thanks I'm glad you liked it.

  16. That looks like a great book-haul this week! I'm trying really hard not to buy any books this month, but I have this unfortunate feeling I'm going to cave :) Have a great week, Cricket and happy reading!

  18. I'm so sorry to hear about your aunt. I need to make more time to work out too. There just never seems to be enough hours in the day to fit everything in though.
