I love Grimm Legacy by Polly Sulman. It's not really a retelling, but it has significant items from each of the Grimm Borhters' fariy tales. It's a really interesting book.

Eloisa James has written a series she calls Fractured Fairy Tales. Each book uses a popular fairy tale as it's theme. I've only read 2 of the books so far and enjoyed them both.
