Notes
So, my proposed blog schedule for last week got altered a lot but hopefully this week will be better. At least I was able to get in a few reviews. On another note, I'm extremely nervous and excited about the Cosplay @ the Library program. I will be dressing up as Princess Luna from My Little Pony and in my own interpretation of her with lots of tulle. I might post pictures, might. :) Anyway, I'm still in a bit of a reading slump. I went from being able to plow through about 5 books in a week to maybe 1 or 2...and any reader will understand my frustration, especially if you are a blogger because production is down, ha! I'm rambling *bats eyelashes* have a great week!

  1. Cricket have you tried reading a book from outside your normal genre? Sometimes that helps with slumps. I am totally loving your hall and am curious about the Next Big Thing. Hope your week is a good one.

    1. Lol, I sorta read all genres but I'm going to think on this because maybe I've missed something or need to ready a children's book. :)

  3. I have almost finished Pawn and so far I am really enjoying it. Is similar to other dystopian in ways (The Selection, Legend and others) but also brings something new and unique to the genre. Hope you get to read it soon. Enjoy your books!

  8. I've never cosplayed myself but I hope you have fun. I saw Pawn on someone else's haul and it looks thoroughly dystopian. I hope you have fun reading all those books. Here's my Sunday Post

  12. We all go through slumps; try taking a break from reading or reading something you normally wouldn't.

I love the cover for unhinged, very eye-catching.

  15. Sorry to hear about your reading slump. Sometimes it helps to stay away from review books and just randomly pick a book. Maybe it will help. :) You got some amazing books.
